Technical Assistance
If you experience problems with one of your machines, try putting your spare toner or ink cartridge in the machine and see if the problem clears up. If your problems persist, please have your machine make and model handy and call us for technical assistance. If your toner or ink cartridge is defective, we will repair or replace it. If there is a problem with your equipment, we can perform repairs or refer you to a firm that can.
Service & Repair Diagnostic Bench Fee
All non-warranty machine repairs are subject to a non-refundable Diagnostic Bench Fee in advance unless your firm/organization is approved for a Net 30 account, or prior arrangements have been made. The Bench Fee is $45*. The fee will apply towards any repairs performed on the affected item of equipment.

There are only three things you need to know about our support:
1. We have a no-fine-print, no-time-limit guarantee. If we can't get
you up and running, a refund or replacement is yours - period!
2. We are based in the Malaysia and speak English (not perfectly, but it is
we can understand), answer our phones "live" (3 rings or fewer), we don't
have any auto-attendant queues and we will never put you on "perma-hold"
(if our tech support guys/gals are helping other customers, we will call
you back - we really will!)
3. Our goal is to fix your problem as fast as possible. Please help
us help you, by having your order details ready and your cartridge
in front of you.
Our number one goal is to earn your business one ReChargX toner refill kit
purchase at a time and either you are delighted with what you purchased or
we don't deserve to keep your money!
And, if you aren't delighted with the service/support you receive from us, I
need to hear about it and welcome your input (the only request I make is that
you don't contact me first as that will possibly delay your support).
